PARTNER LEVEL PRICING

Partnership Levels

PRESENTING
PARTNER

  • The Presenting Partnership allows Your Company name and logo to reach athletes as many times as possible.
     

  • The Presenting Partner’s company will be listed directly after the race name (i.e. Frosty 5K presented by Your Company) on the Five Star NTP and race registration websites, all week-out emails to athletes and on the race t-shirt, in addition to your large logo on the shirt.
     

  • The Presenting Partner may have Early Packet Pickup (usually the Friday before the race) at their business location, allowing the the opportunity to meet the athletes before the race.
     

  • The Presenting Partner’s logo and hyperlink will be on the race registration website, the Five Star NTP website and in the week out emails leading up to the race.
     

  • The Presenting Partner will have a Vendor Booth at the finish line area on race day to promote your business.
     

  • The Presenting Partner may have up to 10 of their "yard" signs placed on race course.
     

  • The Presenting Partner receives 10 free race entries to use internally or give to customers.
     

  • The Presenting Partner receives industry exclusivity.

GOLD LEVEL

  • Gold Level Partners’ company logo and hyperlink will be on the race registration website.

  • Gold Level Partners' logo and hyperlink will be on the Five Star NTP site.

  • Gold Level Partners' company logo will have a large logo on the race shirts.

  • Gold Level Partners may have up to 5 of their "yard" signs placed on race course.

  • Gold Level Partners will have a vendor booth near the finish line and receive 5 free race registrations they can use internally or give to customers.

  • Gold Level Partners receive exclusivity.

SILVER LEVEL

  • Silver Level Partners' logo and hyperlink will be on the Five Star NTP website.
     

  • Silver Level Partners' logo will be on the race registration site.
     

  • Silver Level Partners receive a medium size logo on the race shirt.
     

  • Silver Level Partners may have up to 3 of their "yard" signs placed on race course.
     

  • Silver Level Partners will have a vendor booth near the finish line and receive 3 free race entries to use internally or give to customers.
     

  • Silver Level Partners will also receive exclusivity.

BRONZE LEVEL

  • Bronze Level Partners’ logo will be on the race registration website and the Five Star NTP site.
     

  • Bronze Level Partners receive a small logo on the race shirt.
     

  • Bronze Level Partners will receive up to 2 "yard" signs on race course.
     

  • Bronze Level Partners will have a vendor booth at the finish line and receive 1 free race entry.

START SPONSOR

  • Opportunity to lead warm up and stretches before event. 

  • Small logo on shirt

     (not available at every race)

EARLY PACKET
PICKUP LOCATION
(only available if Presenting Sponsor chooses not to do this)

  • Usually the afternoon or evening before the race, Athletes (your future customers) come to your location to pick up the race bibs and t-shirts.

  • Your logo and hyperlink on the race website.

  • Social media and email promotion.

VENDOR BOOTH

  • Your table and/or tent and materials at the finish line area.

No selling of product; only information distribution or collection.
